½ Large Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)

Beefless Pad Kra Pow

The Pad Kra Pow is the most popular Thai dish that is available in almost every Thai restaurant in Thailand and abroad. This recipe is quick, easy, and healthy, made with our delicious Plant Mince that deliciously absorbs any sauce and spices!


  • Heat coconut oil in a non-stick wok or pan over medium heat.
  • Add Green Rebel Plant Mince and saute while breaking the mince up into smaller pieces. Stir-fry until slightly browned (around 2-3 minutes).
  • In a small mixing bowl, add sauce ingredients - soy sauce, brown sugar, chopped garlic, grated ginger, and chili flakes. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Add the sauce, chopped red pepper, green beans, and onions into the mince in the pan. For extra spice, add chopped red chillies. Saute until the veggies are cooked but still a little crispy (around 4-5 minutes).
  • Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  • Turn the stovetop heat off and stir in the Thai holy basil until it wilts in the pan.
  • Serve and enjoy your Pad Kra Pow stir fry over steamed jasmine rice, topped with extra basil, chilis, or chopped green onion!
