INGREDIENTS
Chicken:
• Green Rebel Chick’n Chunks
• 100 ml Cornstarch Slurry (mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 100 ml water)
• All-Purpose Flour
Sauce:
• 1 ½ cups Water
• ⅓ cup Vinegar
• ¼ cup Lemon Juice
• 2 ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Orange Juice
• 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 2 tbsp chopped Green Onion
• 1 tbsp grated Orange Zest
• ½ tbsp minced Ginger
• ½ tbsp minced Garlic
• ¼ tbsp Paprika Powder
• 3 tbsp Cornstarch Slurry (mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 100 ml water)
• 2 tbsp Water
STEPS
1. Prep Green Rebel Chick’n. Cut Chick'n Chunks into bite sized pieces.
2. Coat chick’n with cornstarch slurry and all-purpose flour. Fry in oil until golden. Set aside.
3. To prepare sauce, prepare all vegetable ingredients.
4. Saute garlic with 1 tsp of oil over medium heat in a non-stick pan. Add sauce ingredients. Slowly add cornstarch slurry until desired thickness.
5. Once sauce is thick, add fried chick’n pieces and stir well. Turn off heat, and serve with rice and a side of veggies!
