INGREDIENTS
1 Box Grilled Chick'n
Baby Potatoes
120 ml Coconut Milk
Salt to taste
Mushroom Broth to taste
SPICES
12 Shallot Cloves
5 Garlic Cloves
4 pcs Candlenut
2 cm Ginger
4 cm Turmeric
1 Lemongrass Stalk
2 cm Galangal
3 Bay Leaves
Red Chili (preference)
STEPS
1. Blend all spices in a food processor except the bay leaves.
2. Saute blended spices until fragrant, add the bay leaf. Stir-fry the spices until cooked well.
3. Add coconut milk, followed by the potatoes. Cover again and let cook until the potatoes are tender.
4. Add Green Rebel Chicken and simmer for about 2 minutes.
5. Serve with white rice or lontong!
