Green Rebel Mushroom Patty
300g Pasta
2 Cups Beans (Soak Overnight & Boiled)
100 G Mushrooms (Sliced Thinly)
1 Tomato (Unseed & Dice)
10 Pcs Garlic (Sliced)
6 Pcs Shallots (Sliced)
1 Tsp Oregano
800 ml Tomato Puree
400 ml Water
Salt
Sugar
Black Pepper

This is Chef Max’s very own creation - where he sneaks vegetables into the sauce that not only makes it even more delicious but adds to your daily dietary fiber intake as well. You can also add your favorite veggies as well for more flavors!
Steps
- Cook pasta according to packaging instructions. Set aside.
- Blend beans in a food processor for about 10 seconds.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute mushroom, garlic, and shallots, followed by diced tomatoes, tomato puree, and blended beans.
- Let simmer for 10 minutes until thick, stirring occasionally. Add the spices along with salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
- Pan-fry Green Rebel Mushroom Patties with some oil until slightly crisp on the outside. Serve with your pasta and sauce!
